How payment works

3. Pay in US dollars. Your bank converts the payment to New Zealand dollars at its own exchange rate.

Prices in NZ dollars

Our plans are charged in US dollars, so we show an approximate NZ dollar amount under every price for reference. These figures use an exchange rate of about 1.70 NZ dollars to the US dollar. The amount on your bank statement depends on your bank’s rate on the day you pay, and some banks add a foreign-currency transaction fee, typically a small percentage of the payment.
