Ordering? Include these details

To get you watching as quickly as possible, tell us:

1. which plan you’d like (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) — the plan buttons on our site pre-fill this for you;
2. the device you’ll watch on (for example, Smart TV, Android TV box, streaming stick, phone or MAG box);
3. for a MAG box, the MAC address printed on the sticker underneath it.

• the channel, movie or series that isn’t working;
• what you see on screen, ideally with a photo or screenshot of any error message;
• when the problem started, and whether it affects one channel or all of them.
