Cookie Policy
The cookies our website uses and how to manage them.
This cookie policy explains how iptvnz.org uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. They let the site remember things — for example that an administrator is logged in — and can be used to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.
Cookies we use
Our website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and you don’t need to accept any cookies to browse our pages, read our guides or contact us.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* | WordPress | Keeps site administrators signed in. Visitors don’t receive these. | Session or up to 14 days |
| wp-settings-* | WordPress | Remembers dashboard preferences for administrators. | Up to 1 year |
| wordpress_test_cookie | WordPress | Checks that cookies are enabled on the login page. | Session |
WhatsApp and other links
When you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave our website and open WhatsApp (or wa.me in your browser), which is run by WhatsApp LLC / Meta. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply from that point. We don’t control cookies set by WhatsApp or by other websites we link to.
Analytics
We don’t currently run analytics on this website. If we add an analytics tool in the future, we’ll update this page first — listing the cookies it uses and how long they last — and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that clears cookies when you close the window. Blocking cookies won’t stop you using our public pages.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our website changes. The latest version is always on this page. Questions? Message IPTV NZ on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392.
