Plan prices are set and charged in US dollars (USD). NZ$ amounts shown on the website are approximate, based on an indicative exchange rate, and are for reference only. Your bank’s exchange rate and fees decide the final NZ$ amount you pay.

Streaming quality

Picture quality, including 4K and Full HD, depends on the channel or event, your internet speed, your home network and your device. We design our service for 99.9% uptime, but like any internet service it can occasionally be affected by maintenance, faults or events outside our control.
